Hello Davis Square! Please take a moment to look at my offering for my services as a writing tutor and writing consultant.

Have a school paper that you need help finishing? A book that you've always wanted to write but don't know how to start? Or do you just want to get to the next level as a writer? I'm a professional writing teacher, tutor, and writing consultant with 5+ years of tutoring experience. I am available for both single sessions focusing on specific projects and for ongoing tutoring. I will work with all ages, and I'm willing to travel to you within the radius of Somerville/Cambridge/Arlington/Medford. (I may be willing to travel farther afield, please feel free to inquire.) My rate is $60 per hour, with a discounted rate of $50 per hour if you can meet me in Davis Square.

I have an MA and am finishing a PhD in English at Tufts University and love to work on a variety of writing projects both creative and academic, with particular strength in the humanities and social sciences. Above and beyond the usual help with structure and flow, my strength lies in helping you find your own voice and inspiration. My job is to help you realize your vision for your work. You will be amazed at how much difference even an hour working together can make.
