Selling Clothes: Buffalo Exchange or Poor Little Rich Girl?

Hi everyone,

I'm planning to bring a few bags of my unwanted clothes to a consignment shop some time soon, and was wondering if anyone has had experiences at both Buffalo Exchange in Davis and Poor Little Rich Girl (soon to be in Union) and if so, which shop seemed to give you a better deal for your clothes.

It seems like Buffalo Exchange prices your clothes and then will give you either 50% of the total as an in-store gift card, or 30% of the total in cash. PLRG's website makes it sound like they're quite picky about what they'll buy back, but they don't mention a policy in terms of prices.

I think it's actually $40, but I could be wrong. If you bring in a lot of stuff, it's not that hard to reach the threshold.
