Hi All,

I just wanted to let you all know that we've got a new session of our Outdoor Challenge classes starting down at Dilboy Field the week after the 4th of July, and I'd love to see even more new faces! We just did our 1 mile run this morning and most if not all of my students have improved their times by over a minute using strength and metabolic conditioning over the last 2.5 months. This is a great way to improve your running without running all the time! You can read about our awesome morning here.

Why Join Us?

1. If you're in the Davis Square or Teele Square area near Tufts, Massachusetts Ave or Arlington Center, we are VERY Local. Accessible via bus and we have parking as well!

2. You will not get bored! We are constantly varied high intensity fitness! Everything is scalable, and you will always feel challenged. That said, nothing is impossible and we can work with all levels of fitness.

3. We are not about just making you look good, though you will. We are about helping you increase strength and flexibility, feel more comfortable in your own skin, be more confident, and be a fitter, healthier version of the person you are today.

4. We are NOT a Boot Camp. We do not run 5 miles, we will not yell at you, you will not do the same thing every day, and most likely, you will have fun!

I am in this class and it's awesome and exactly as billed. It's so good that I wake up each morning (well, Monday through Thursday anyways) at 5am to ride my motorcycle all the way from East Cambridge. If you bring your willingness to work hard, it will improve your physical condition substantially. We have the world's most enthusiastic canine mascot. Trufax.

Wanted to second tober's comment. I'm on my third month of doing this and it's been great. I was in less than ideal physical shape when I started (I think the technical term is "crappy shape", but I might need to double-check that) and I've seen some significant improvements. Anyway, it's a fun group and I signed up for my first session after seeing a post in this very livejournal group so I thought I'd toss in my endorsement.
