The City of Somerville will declare a snow emergency Wednesday, January 26 at 7a.m. School has also been cancelled for Wednesday. In accordance with the City's policy, parking restrictions will be enforced four hours after the emergency has been declared (11a.m.) However, residents are encouraged to move their cars immediately to avoid any confusion.
