Are there any free clinics in the Somerville/Cambridge area? I'm applying for a job which requires a doctor's signature saying I'm healthy, and I don't have health insurance.

Also, do free clinics require some kind of proof of low income or anything similar?

It's actually for a teaching assistantship overseas (in France), so I think it's proof that I'm fit to travel/live abroad. If a normal job app were requiring this I'd be all up in arms. :)
