shoe accessories? (cushions)

davis_squareI am looking for stick-on cushiony things for ball-of-the-foot and heels, preferably in black or silver/light gray.
Does anyone know if there are any local (Davis/BallSq/Porter or easily T/bus-able from same) stores that carry this sort of thing? (I know Target may, I am looking for other ideas.)
I'm perfectly willing to call places and ask, I just have no idea where to even start.

Like these and these except functional and simple, and not half the width of my foot.
I don't need cutesy shapes for the bottom of my damn feet, TYVM, I just need something to make the shoes I am wearing to a wedding Saturday hurt my tired-from-standing-all-day feet less.
