3 bedroom needed for 9/1

I'm posting this on behalf of my dear friend Ann, who is a long time teacher at Agassiz Preschool.

She is looking for a 3 bedroom apartment starting September 1st. Requirements are that it needs to include off street parking, storage space, one bathroom, and a porch.
