Hey, does anyone know of a laundry mat in Somerville that offers free wireless internet?

If not, who's gonna be the first to open one up, 'cause that'd be sweeet.

It's not unheard of--it wouldn't be the first bar/laundrymat out there. I used to go to a great laundry/bar in Dallas, Bar of Soap. We need one of those in Boston!

Hahaha, there's one in Greensboro, NC. It's called Suds'n'Duds. For the longest time I didn't realize Suds referred to beer. Then I went and did laundry there and was like "Oh."

And yeah, it's totally the best idea ever. They must make a ton of money. I mean, what are you gonna do while your laundry washes and dries? Have a beer, obviously....

It's not a bar/laundromat per se, but a few years ago I drank beer at a bar in the Hamptons called The Laundry.

The one on highland st right near Davis Sq Pizza has a bunch of (about 4) open wireless networks that you can hop onto. Not free wireless from the laundromat per se, but it works.
