I always used to go to Nellie's across from Dave's Fresh Pasta. The owner is lovely and helpful and will assemble a generous bouquet if you tell her how much you want to spend. She used to make me magnificent $5 bouquets all the time.

sorry i just had to comment that i had to chuckle just a *bit* at your request...
