Curbing a sofa and chair

I want to put a sofa and chair out with the trash tonight, does anyone have a referral of a handyman or similar to get this out of my apartment? It's not in a condition that I would try to sell or donate it. Before I randomly get someone off CL I thought I would ask here.

Looks like some folks have had good experiences with Taskrabbit.com - apparently, the "rabbits" will take care of random chores like carrying furniture to the curb.
