I called to make a manicure reservation a few weeks ago and they didn't answer the phone or call me back. Their voicemail message made it sound like they were open. Since then I've taken notice that there is never anyone there when I walk past. Anyone know anything?

I know that their non-summer hours are much more minimal, so it makes sense that it would look closed more often. I'll be devastated if they're closed for good, though.
