Where to get luggage repaired?

I need to get a rather tricky repair done on a rolling suitcase--the handle has these little round things that slide back into their housing when you press down on the top of the handle to allow the pull-handle to come out, and one is gone; I've googled the brand of suitcase (International Traveler) plus repair and found nothing, and looked for the brand's page itself and found very very little, so I think I'm on my own. Where does one get a repair like this done?

I've seen a little luggage repair shop in South Station. When you leave the T and head for the Amtrak station, there's a sign at the base of the Amtrak escalaters (if I recall correctly).

I wonder if Savas Shoe Repair (http://www.yelp.com/biz/savas-shoe-repair-somerville) would be a good place to ask about that. If that guy can't help you himself, he might know someone who can.

Jimmy's Shoe Repair in Central Sq. (@ 42 Prospect, just north of the Square) repaired a motorcycle tank bag for me (it needed a new main-compartment zipper) and did an excellent job. You might talk to them and see if they do this kind of thing.

Try Leather World in Harvard Square. I had a suitcase zipper repaired there.
