Is anyone else in the area currently having a horrible time time Comcast Cable Internet? I remember that large outage we had a few weeks back and I've been experiencing the same and I want to be sure it's not my equipment before I call and complain and have the first thing their Customer Service people say is "well... is it your computer?"

I'm just getting fed up with spending money on a service that seems to fail at least 3 or 4 times a month.

I've not had problems. They upgraded to a higher speed at least in our package - told us somewhere to unplug the router and plug it back in. Maybe you could try that?
