davis_squareThe Painted Burro is now open in the space formerly occupied by Gargoyles. When I walked by, they told me that they had opened yesterday.
In other paint news, I saw a bunch of folks painting walls in the former Namaskar restaurant today. Why, I don't know. Most of the fixtures are still there, so I hope this means another restaurant will arrive soon.

Date: 2012-03-20 02:40 pm (UTC)"4a. Vegetarians, beware. The only completely 100% veggie options on the menu are the Mizuna + Red Oak Salad and the Enchiladas. Everything else that seems vegetarian is actually cooked with chicken stock. I'm always a little taken aback when I find a restaurant in Somerville or Cambridge with few to no veggie options. Are you kidding? Do you know where your restaurant is located?"
