Found cat with harness and leash attached [Update: owner found!]

Walking to work this morning, I found a cat dragging a retractable leash near Somerville Ave and Park Ave. Here is said cat: https://twitter.com/#!/rascalmicro/status/195527295828635649/photo/1

A good point. The owner was able to tell me the name of the street the cat was found on (because he lives up the block), so I think it's his.

I have walked cats on leashes. Mostly it was really, really, really boring, because the cats insisted on sniffing every single thing ever. But I saw someone walking a cat on a leash in the arboretum once without problems.

I think that's a Savannah - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Savannah_(cat) - a domestic/serval hybrid. They're apparently very dog-like and will walk on a leash, play fetch, etc.
