union square citizens bank is now towing on saturdays

if you park there to go to the union square farmers market - i'd advise against it from now on.
the tow guy said its in their contract to tow on off hours from now on too.

I know last year there were signs for that parking lot (hand written) posting that it was not parking for the farmers market, haven't walked/ridden through there this year as I come from a different direction now. I thought that was considered a public parking overflow lot in off hour though?
