Police and ferrets?

Does anybody know about a disturbance about 6:15 at the Davis Square T stop involving four police cars and two ferrets?

Ferrets were just material witnesses to a crime they did not commit.

The Somerville News reporst that a man was arrested for purse snatching outside the Davis Square T stop on Tuesday at about 6 pm.

No ferrets were arrested at the scene. The two ferrets could have just been innocent bystanders or possibly principal witnesses to the crime.
