My insurance provider (BCBSIL) lists almost a hundred clinical social workers within a mile of my house (Teele Sq), and over a thousand in the greater Boston area, so I'm hoping someone can help me narrow the list down.

I would definitely recommend Stephanie Ross, in Arlington Center. I am pretty sure she has taken some insurance in the past; she also has a sliding scale.

What is ASD? Google is suggesting "Atrial septal defect" but I suspect that's not what you mean.

My therapist is a psychologist, not a LCSW, but she is definitely poly/kink friendly and has an open minded approach.

Dr. Rebecca Warburton, 101 Main St, Medford

The... 95, I think it is, goes from Davis and drops off right outside the building.

The 101 bus also goes right past that building, fwiw.

My therapist is a psychologist, but she is definitely alt-lifestyle friendly. Judith Paprin, at Harvard Vanguard in Davis Sq. 617-629-6000 is the main #.

This list seems to be the place I hear about poly-friendly referrals most often. http://www.polychromatic.com/pfp/main.php

I'm an LICSW and poly-friendly, but I am currently full (at least as of March 2013).

Consider Erik Marks, LICSW, whose office is in my building near Teele Square at 1234 Broadway. (You've probably driven by it a million times, and it has a sign out front saying "The Therapy Center for Mind and Body," although all the renters there are independent from each other, not a shared business.)

Beryl Minkle, at tapestry, near Harvard, if she is taking clients.

Try Alexandra Myles, on the Cambridge/Watertown line. Or Bill Slaughter (http://www.wds-md.net/), in Central Square. His site only alludes to his experience with poly relationships, but he's good.

Alternately, the National Coalition for Sexual Freedom hosts the Kink Aware Professionals Directory (https://ncsfreedom.org/key-programs/kink-aware-professionals/kap-program-page.html), which is an excellent resource.

I can second that Ruth Garrott is awesome and fits all of your above criteria! ...except that she's a Psy.D., not a CSW.
