Renting a parking spot?

A friend of mine would really like to move to the Ball Square area, but he's got his heart set on finding an off-street parking spot. Does anyone know of anyone near Ball Square who might be interested in renting a driveway or garage spot, and about how much they would charge for the service per month?

Try https://www.parkatmyhouse.com - though at $300-$400/month, the going rate is pretty steep...

I might personally be able to help, as I am going to be living half a block from Powderhouse Circle starting in August, and there will be a free space in the driveway. Feel free to forward my contact info to your friend.
