davis_squareThis Wednesday's Zoning Board of Appeals agenda (which was e-mailed to me, but which I can't find on the city website) has two items of interest in Davis Square:
American Bakers Inc. propose to establish an 18-seat bakery cafe in a vacant storefront at 22a College Avenue, the former location of Artifaktori.
Crunch has filed detailed plans for a gym in the former Social Security Building, to be located mostly on the second floor, but with a free-weights room at the back of the first floor. Dunkin Donuts would remain where it is now. The remainder of the first floor is labelled "Future Tenant".
I don't know if this plan is final, or still subject to possible revision (moving the whole gym to the first floor).
The ZBA meets Wednesday at 6 pm in the Aldermen's Chamber at City Hall.
