Curious that no one mentioned Saragus

Curious that no one mentioned Saragus (purple awning - next to the UPS store) on Highland - but then I note that because I am wondering if I am in some insurance scam with them (him)...

He has me coming back for 6 month appts - but like...nothing is wrong - but I give my co-pay, he bills whatever, and they give me these vision tests. This has gone on for 2+ years and when I ask other people about how often they go to the eye doctor - it's like - once a year, if that.

Is this guy conscientious or is this an insurance scam (pad appts, bill for needless tests, etc.)
