Real estate agent wanted

I'm looking for a real estate agent that can I help me sell my one-bedroom condo between Davis & Ball Squares. I live across the country, so they would have to be good at working with a seller who is not local and willing to work with me to get the house staged (if necessary), cleaned up and any fixes that need to happen. Any recommendations?

We recently bought a place in Davis with Max as our agent; we met him when he was a seller's agent for a different place in Davis that we bid on (but lost). We were super happy with him, and we have already asked him to help us sell our current place when we're done with some fixes. He is also punctual and quickly responsive, which I consider must-haves in this industry.

I suspect like most real estate agents, Max also has a large network of contractors (electricians, plumbers, handymen, gardeners, etc); we've already tapped a few to help us out and have been pleased with the results.

I recently worked with Alex Genovese at Flow Realty. He is fantastic and has been working in Somerville for 15 (?) years. Not only is he a great realtor, but he is also a general contractor. I found him responsive and quick to point out details should be fixed.

I had amazing luck working with Lisa Drapkin out of the Mass Ave Coldwell Banker in Somerville. She had awesome stagers, and was able to hep with connecting us to a contractor for a few pre-staging cosmetic updates.
