Zaytouna Cafe, in between Yummy Hut and Lemon Thai, has finally opened! We ordered dinner from there tonight and it was very tasty, especially the grape leaves. They make everything from scratch and are very knowledgeable about which items are vegan, vegetarian, and so on. And they're on GrubHub and Foodler!

Thanks for the heads up! They have several very unique things on the menu, but the menus online have so many errors that it's hard to tell what's actually being offered.

I've never heard of "megatz" on the Zaytouna Pizza:
Megatz, chicken meatball, moroccan olive, spinach zaytouna.

And they list a "Veat Roll" as well as "Crepe Leaves".

So this is a newly opened place? It seems like that awning has been like that for a very long time. Any more history?

Yeah, the awning has been up forever. My stylist at Christine's said that there had been a mixup with the previous owner over the business license, and that's why it took them so long to open.
