Not surprised.
The one time I was there, they served their meats frozen. Also, the ordering system was convoluted.

Most if not all hotpot places I've been to serve their meats frozen. They're sliced so thinly that they thaw almost immediately, but frozen meat is easier to slice paper-thin.

No. Or not obviously. Just the "Food" and Japanese text in the lower right picture.

I know, right? The tight cropping was due to the crazy amount of reflection I was getting off the window : ) The text that's cut off in the upper lefthand corner simply says "coming summer 2016." I too was flummoxed by the lack of an obvious name. Maybe they are still brainstorming that part of the equation???
