Poke in Davis Square?!?

A friend just showed me this Boston Eater article about a small poke chain, Pokeworks, coming to Davis Square. The writer says,"Pokeworks, a small poke chain with locations open or coming soon in California, New York, and Seattle, is expanding to Somerville's Davis Square." Looks like it's going next to the old Yumi Hot Pot location.

Yes, it looks like we will have dueling "sushi burrito" spots side by side for a bit. Not really my thing, but it guess some investors/franchisees think it will work here.

I've thought for a while now that what this region needs is more Hawaiian restaurants and Filipino restaurants. Not sure this really counts as Hawaiian, but I'm hoping it is tasty.
