I really like Square Nail (right on the Square, at 11 Holland St across from the T stop). It's a little expensive ($40), but they do a great job, it's a nice place to be, and they play bitchin' music. They use all Burt's Bee's and other natural stuff, and I think it's the only place in the area that refused to do nail extensions, so there's none of the chemical acrylic-y smell. The number is 617-625-1118.
Hurried, not very thorough, I didn't enjoy the quality of their products. The lotion evaporated quickly, the polish smudged (c.f. hurried), and my feet felt rough afterwards.

Date: 2005-09-30 09:57 pm (UTC)they're actually open?
Date: 2005-10-01 01:33 am (UTC)then again, I've never had a problem with the pedicures from Julie's Nails, either, so I don't urgently seek other venues much.
