Lawyer for condo sale

I'm finally selling my condo in Davis Square and I need a lawyer for the closing. These three folks were recommended by my real estate agent:
* Kelly Bonnevie, Esq. Wilson Marino & Bonnevie, PC www.wmblawfirm.com
* Anthony Troiano, Esq. www.troianolawfirm.com
* Mary Doyle, Esq. Ligris & Associates

Anyone had any experience with any of them or have alternatives to suggest?

I asked my real-estate-lawyer sister if I should recommend her here, but apparently her firm does different types of real estate than this... I didn't fully realize there were *types* of real estate but ok cool learned something new today. She does note, though, that while she's not worked with Mary Doyle specifically, she hasn't had good experiences with Ligris, for whatever that's worth.

I worked with Anthony Troiano back in 2010 for a condo closing, and I found it to be a smooth transaction: I would recommend him.

Not local to Davis per se, but I've worked with Koffman & Dreyer a couple of times and found them to be quite good: experienced, informative, and unusually clear about what you do and don't actually need the lawyer to do (and charge for).
