cleaning service recommendations

Do people have any local cleaning services they recommend? Ones they recommend staying away from? I'm looking for a friend.

I had AA Cleaning (http://www.aaclean.com/) clean my house a couple of times a few years ago and *loved* them. They use all environmentally responsible products (think Whole Foods type products), were very thorough, and stayed true to their price estimate despite it taking much longer than they'd expected.

This looks like just the sort of place my friend would love. Thank you! How did you find their prices? About how big was the place they cleaned and how much was it (if I may ask) ?

Unfortunately this was 3-4 years ago, so I don't really remember specifics about the prices, but I do remember that I checked out a number of services and theirs didn't seem overly expensive. It was a 3-BR cape that I owned with my ex in Waltham.
