'400 Highland' restaurant to replace Sauce

According to a sign on the front door of the former Sauce, a new restaurant will soon open here with the name '400 Highland'. It will serve 'California Mediterranean' (or 'Cal-Med') food. The sign says that the executive chef will be Zachary Lord. This name means nothing to me but perhaps someone else here has heard of him.

They invite people to send e-mail to 400Highland@gmail.com with subject line "400 info please". This will subscribe you to their newsletter so you'll find out when it opens.
