Grand Prix Cafe opened for business today, on the north side of Mass. Ave., between Day and Dover streets. They serve coffee, salads, sandwiches, pastries, cake, and probably some other things that I don't remember on their menu. A friend and I just came back from there, quite satisfied by both the food and the very entertaining Greek owner.
Grand Prix Cafe is open from 7 am to 10 pm every day. They have eight small round tables and free WiFi service. The owner is a former race car driver, hence the name.
Check it out, especially on nights when Diesel and Someday are just too crowded.
