i hope this doesn't constitute as spamming the community with stupid questions, but i'm curious to know if anyone has any suggestions regarding realtors in the davis porter area. any help would be greaty appreciated.

Many people I know, including me, have had good luck with Maven Realty on Highland Ave.

are you looking to buy, sell or rent? i've heard maven is great for finding apartments. my buyers agent when i bought my house was great and he's based at the Coldwell Banker/Hunneman near Porter (though there's now a Coldwell Banker on Highland). I had good experiences with All Boston Apartments (on Broadway at Powderhouse Circle) and have known people who had bad experiences with Bremis and Apt Rental Experts.

We ended up getting our apartment on boston.craigslist.org.
