Help me, kind benevolent Davis Square!

Hi everyone! I'm looking for somewhere to go and shoot hoops for fun in the Somerville/Medford area. I'm talking just an outdoor court where I can go play (or I guess indoor would be ok too if it didn't cost me an arm and a leg). Now, I'd prefer somewhere lowkey where I can just shoot around and maybe play some 1 on 1 with friends :) Meaning, I don't want to engage in any ultra competetive pick up games...well not just yet, I'm just looking to have some fun and get some exercise :)

Also, I'd be interested in playing in a laid back league if you know of one...either co-ed or all females would be fine :)

Any ideas? :)

But by having them half size, there can be no games -which keeps noise and crowds down. Not everyone who uses the playground wants gangs of ball bouncers hanging around.
