Eyebrow waxes

I was thinking of getting my eyebrows waxed. Can anyone reccommend a good salon in Davis for waxes? I've had (mostly) good waxing experiences and would prefer a place with people who really know how to minimize the pain.

I'm a big fan of this Brazilian woman Tio who works at Omni Salon in Central. I think it's worth the T ride - she does a great job, and is super efficient, which minimizes the pain. And she's hilarious, too.

i always see people coming out of skin and body works with red eyelids. dunno what that means.

what i want to know is, is there anyone who does eyebrow threading?

seriously, some people have very sensitive skin and the redness spreads to areas around the sore area. my sister has that problem, she waxes her brows but it looks worse always.

I use either Linda at Salon Femia, who really is a darling, or Priscilla at Skin & Body Works. They're both great. Tell 'em I sent you if you go. :)

J's on Highland Ave a couple of blocks past Cedar (just after the firehouse.) It's about a 12 minute walk from Davis right down Highland--she does a great job and is so nice.
