I am trying to find a link for what time within the city you can start do to contractor type of work. I have some workers on my street who have been banging and doing major work since 730 this morning. My fiance said you can get fined for that, he used to know what time it was (he is a contractor) but he forgets he thinks it is either 9 or 10 on weekends, does anyone know where I can find this info online. I cant sleep damn it!

exactly.

labor workers/contractors and such all usually work weekends so the earlier they start the earlier they get done AND if they want to work later they get waaay more jobs done in a day.
