What genius decided that 8:30 AM was a splendid time to repave Mass Ave??

I thought they did this sort of thing at night to avoid screwing up traffic.

Yea, I noticed it was still wet at like 12:15 when I was walking over there ... and my flipflops have tar on the bottom to prove it ... Its nice to see them actually PAVE a street though ... so many of them need it ... and of course dont get it
