Meeting on bike path extension - Tues 8/22, 6:30 pm, VNA

There will be a neighborhood meeting this Tuesday, August 22 at 6:30 pm, to discuss extension of the Community Path from Cedar to Central Street. The meeting will be held at the VNA assisted living facility on Lowell Street, just south of the bridge.

The city is trying to arrange for Cambridge Health Alliance to donate land that it now uses partially as a parking lot. The parking lot would be reduced, and the path extended through this land. For more information see this earlier LJ post.
