moderator address doesn't work

I tried to send e-mail to the moderators, regarding tagging. The message bounced back:

Diagnostic-Code: smtp; 550 5.1.1 <davis_square@aaaaa.org>: Recipient address rejected: User unknown in virtual alias table (from aaaaa.org:199.201.145.108)

I'm not sure why (cos is the manager of that e-mail account).

I wanted to ask that the 'local business' (singular) tag be removed, in favor of the 'local businesses' (plural) tag which has many more entries. The three entries with the singular tag could easily be retagged with the plural.
