The Round House will be saved!

Last week, someone posted about construction work at the Round House on Atherton Street. The house has indeed been sold to someone who plans to fix it up and live in it. Here is a letter from Brandon Wilson, director of the Somerville Historic Preservation Commission, with more details.

It's definitely good news; the new owner has a great track record of historically-sensitive restoration.

Brandon did not give the name of the new owner. Is there a good reason to keep it secret?

I'm not aware of a reason one way or the other, but can't recall the name (just the context I heard it in) and don't want to get it wrong.
