I was thinking of getting my wife some yoga classes (probably beginner level) for her upcoming birthday. Can anyone recommend a good studio?

I was going through older entries and saw a few plugs for O2...

What kind of yoga? I believe O2 is primarily ashtanga (power) yoga.

Unfortunately, I'm not totally sure. But I *think* this is the form of yoga she's taken before.
