great cleaning lady opportunity

I'm trying to be a bit more frugal these days, and I decided to fire my cleaning lady. Now I feel really guilty. She was really great, dependable and there were no problems. Our place is 1260 sq ft, and she cleaned every other week. This included washing the entire bathroom, cleaning all of the floors, counter tops, dishes, dusting and organizing clutter. The cost was $50 each time, and I considered it a really good deal. Let me know if anyone is interested in this contact. You'll be a great help to her, and my peace of mind.

I don't feel like I did the wrong thing, but I felt bad "firing" someone. It would make me feel better if someone replaced me.

Do you know if she takes one-time customers? I'm not really looking for someone to come every other week, but after being out of town a big portion of the fall and winter, it might be nice to have someone come do a good cleaning of the dust and grime that's accumulated... Then I could feel I was starting fresh for my own regular upkeep. :)

No, it would probably be more money that way. Every 2 weeks is more of a maintenance thing, so it's not as huge of a deal.
