I'm not a realtor, but I have a condo right in Teele Sq. that I might want to sell in the next year. Definitely looking for a tenant right now. Heading to grad school in London through Sept 2008 and no idea what the future holds for me after that.

My parents are using Jamie and Beth from coldwell bankers ... their website is jamieandbeth.com ... they seem really nice and helpful and my mom likes them (and shes super picky) :shrugs:
I and a bunch of my friends have used Patti Reilly from Channing and had uniformly terrific experiences with her. She's completely friendly, helpful, and fun.
When we bought our condo near Davis, we were very happy with Jude Shabry from Coldwell Banker's Cambridge office:

We originally got Jude's name from a previous recommend a realtor thread here. (Thanks DSLJ!) She helped my fiancee and I buy a condo between Davis and Ball Squares earlier this year. Jude was wonderful. She was responsive, professional, and really helpful. She was at our table one night on a Friday night at 11:30 PM helping us write an offer on the place we ended up buying. Plus, she lives in the area so she knows Davis really really well.

Pat at Coldwell Banker in Franklin. This (http://www.newenglandmoves.com/PersonLocator/Personal_Page.htm?id=203673) is a link to her page/info. She's very friendly and has lived in and around the Boston-area for years.
Several friends have used Rona Fischman (http://www.ronafischman.com/) and loved her (she's a buyers' agent exclusively). Also local, involved in Somerville community stuff.
My husband and I just used Raym de Ris and Donna Reed (they are a couple who work together) to buy a house. They are wonderful and outstanding and a little quirky (and I mean that in the best of ways). Raym is an architect and knows his way around a house, and Donna is as sweet as can be. They are at 781-729-7290.
