So I called Nstar and they told me a car hit a major line and they didnt know how long it would be down for. Ten mins later the power came on...I took a look around here but I didnt see any accident. Did any of you or do you guys know the "real reason" such as Nstar sucks lol. Our power keeps flashing off and on too which is strange.

Just because the entire power grid isn't at peak load doesn't mean neighborhood lines and transformers won't have problems.
