Do we really need more burrito's and taco's? Couldn't something more fun and maybe useful have bought that space?
now I wont be able to get last minute halloween stuff....

Chipotle is really good. They are everywhere in Arizona and having lived here for a few years it will be nice to have it in close proximity even if it is a chain.
