Does anyone have a recommendation for a physical therapist that you have worked with personally? The orthopedic doctor I met with this morning said I can go by word of mouth or use the yellow pages but I figure word of mouth is better :) I will be getting knee therapy if that matters. I dont mind traveling a little north if needed! Thank you.

they do sports injury stuff too; someone from Cirque Du Soleil was rehabbing there the same time as i was. but go with whatever you think will work best for you!

I had PT for tendonitis in my left knee at Spaulding Rebab near Medford Square. I worked with Lauren Nobles; she was great and taught me many exercises and stretches that I still do now. Lauren focuses on sports medicine, but they have many other PTs on staff who specialize in other types of injuries.

I know you already replied to a previous poster that you would try theirs, but I think you should look at Kennedy Brothers too. They have multiple locations. I went to the one in Downtown Crossing. Everyone I worked with was fantastic, and they are VERY sports focused.
