Office Space for 100 people?

Anyone know of available office space for ballpark 75-125 people in the Davis Square area or anywhere in Cambridge or Somerville?  My company is considering relocating.  They have hired a search firm, but I don't really trust those firms to present all options and if I know of a good space I want to alert our leadership.

One Davis Square is a brand new building with office space for rent.

How many square feet? How much are you willing to pay?

100 people in tightly-fit cubes takes up a lot less space than 2 per office than an office for everyone.

Do you have transit requirements? (Near the T, near the red line, near bike paths, public transitable, near 93, near 90, etc.)

There's always a lot of space out by Alewife, either in Discovery Park (which is behind faces/the bowling alley) or over by Concord Road.
Which is quite probably the cheapest you're going to get in Cambridge. I don't know about Somerville locations.

Isn't the Share Group (http://community.livejournal.com/davis_square/1035952.html) moving out of Dover St. soon? Can't get much closer to the T than that, although 1 Davis is good competition.

I think the Grove Street building that Spark Craft moved out of has office space.

The building I work in has a good bit of space available. It's the Davenport Building at 25 First St in Cambridge, next to Lechmere and the Cambridgeside Galleria.
