I need to book a home inspection for thursday and the guy i usually recommend is booked up. what home inspector have you used that you would recommend again?

All that said, if you have to get a house inspected with less than 24 hours' notice, then you're probably looking for an unpopular inspector rather than a popular one.

I WANT a good inspector--the fact that it's short notice is just a pain in the butt. Most of the good ones are all booked up. The house is sound so I'm not really worried, but the inspection has to be done nonetheless.
