davis_squareJoe Lynch hosts a half-hour talk show called "Greater Somerville", which airs live each Tuesday at 7:30 pm on SCAT cable channel 3. It is now also available on the Web.

Date: 2009-05-28 11:52 pm (UTC)Sorry, yeah, that's not very obvious either. Click on the little book icon on the player's toolbar. Then, click on the text "Read more about this post on blip.tv". Then, below the video player right above the comments, choose wmv from the "Play episode as" dropdown. Then, in firefox, hit ctrl-i and go over to the Media tab, scroll down to the one that says Embed in the Type column, click on it, and hit the Save As button.
Et voila!
This is a very silly procedure, of course. I'm sure there's half a dozen firefox extensions to automate it.
