power outages?

davis_squareDoes anyone know the cause of this week's power outages? At first, i just assumed that it was the typical too-many-ACs brownout but it seems like a lot of occurrences in a short time.
Additionally, does anyone know if natrional grid/nstar have sites where they post up such information?
