In support of my New Years resolution to eat better, does anyone know of a nutritionist that they know and love? I need someone who can help plan meals working with my unique set of constraints (such as there are not a lot of vegetables that I like and I don't like to cook).
Near Davis would be nice but I'll take anyone within reasonable driving/parking or T accessible.
Thanks!

Date: 2009-12-28 10:05 pm (UTC)It's pretty easy to make a smoothie in the morning, and even if that's the only thing you do all day, it's packing a huge amount of nutrients and fiber into your body, which will help counteract any less-than-ideal food you eat later on in the day. And it gives you a super healthy energy boost to start your day. And maybe you'll end up as sexy as this guy (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=06VJns4NEc0).
