Verdict: get there early, but worth it. If they had more of an option for takeout/delivery, they could circulate people around a lot better instead of having only sit-down service. As it is, it's a really small area and there's not much waiting space so it's not the greatest to eat in, but not unpleasant. They're still working out some kinks- probably need more waitstaff, but with such a small area, I can see why they wouldn't want more.
However, coming from an omnivore who loves her animal-based protein, the food is amazing. Everything I had was really tasty- especially their Seitan gyro. It tastes nearly exactly the same as gyro meat. It's a bit pricey, but the food is worth it at least once every now and then. Their desserts are less amazing (my german apple cake was pretty burned on the bottom, but the caramel sauce was tasty) but the entrees are yummy.
